Yukti AI tokens
Yukti is not part of any plan's price. Buy tokens when you want them, on either plan, and spend them on Yukti's AI features only. Everything else in your plan works without tokens.

All amounts are per doctor, in Indian Rupees. Annual billing charges ten months for twelve months of access. Yukti AI tokens are bought separately and are not included in these amounts.
Taxes
Prices shown are the final amounts payable. LiveSloka International Private Limited is not registered under GST at present, so no GST is charged on your subscription or on Yukti tokens, and no tax invoice carrying a GSTIN is issued. If the company becomes liable to register for GST, tax will be added to future invoices and shown separately, and we will tell you before your next renewal.
Free trial
Every new clinic gets 30 days of full access to every feature in the Research plan, on your own data, not a sandbox. No card is required to start the trial, and nothing is charged when it ends. If you do not subscribe, the workspace simply stops accepting new entries and your data stays available for export.
Billing
- Basis. You are billed for each doctor with an active login in the workspace. Nurses, receptionists and administrative staff are not counted.
- Cycle. Monthly plans renew on the same date each month; annual plans renew on the anniversary of the first payment.
- Adding doctors mid-cycle. A doctor added part-way through a cycle is charged pro-rata for the remainder of that cycle, then at the full rate from the next renewal.
- Removing doctors. Takes effect at the next renewal. We do not refund the remainder of a cycle for a seat that is removed early.
- Changing plans. An upgrade applies immediately and is charged pro-rata. A downgrade applies from the next renewal.
- Yukti tokens. Bought separately, whenever you need them, on either plan. They are a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
- Payment methods. UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets, processed by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
Cancelling
Cancel yourself from the doctor portal at any time. Access continues to the end of the cycle you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that — there is no cancellation charge and no notice period. There is a 7-day money-back guarantee from your first payment. Full details are on the cancellation and refunds page.
